Open Gym
For Kids and Adults
Steamboat Climbing Collective is a family-friendly indoor rock climbing gym. We exist to give climbers of all ages and abilities a fun, welcoming space to experience the sport of climbing. We have bouldering walls, 22ft Top Rope Walls, Kilter Board, Campus Board, and Kids Climbing area with slide.
All people intending to climb will need to submit a WAIVER.
Winter/Spring Open Gym Hours
Monday - Thursday 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Limited Climbing for Members only from 4:00-5:30 pm due to youth programming.
Friday 10:30 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday - Sunday 10:30 am - 6:00 pm

Every first-time visitor will receive a New Visitor Orientation. This will allow you to tour the gym and learn all the gym rules and expectations. If interested in using the 22ft AutoBelays, it just requires and short video and a brief proficiency test. The training areas have age restrictions. Climbers under the age of 12 need direct parent supervision. Read our policies to learn more about drop-off.
Certain areas of the gym may be closed during open gym to accommodate camps, classes, events, and private parties. Check the Closure Menu below!
