Job:
Job Requirements:
- Six months to 1 year of climbing experience or experience working with children
- Must be 16 years of age or older. (14-16 year-olds may apply to be an assistant)
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Current First Aid certification is required within the first 30 days of hire.
- Be able to work some weekdays from 4-6 and or weekends.
- Bring a positive attitude to work every day
- Safe Sport Certificate before working
- CWI Certificate within three months
Pay:
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $20.06, based on experience and qualifications.

- Minimum six months to 1-year customer experience preferred
- One year of climbing experience preferred
- Proven leadership skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Current First Aid certification is required within the first 30 days of hire.
- Safe Sport Certificate before working
- CWI Certificate within three months
- Bring a positive attitude to work every day
